Anne-Lise joined Kreaxi in April 2013 as a Management Assistant. For the Lyon office, she assists the Management Board with all administrative, organizational and operational matters. In particular, she monitors the treasury, carries out the general accounting and is responsible for supplier relations, purchasing and contract management.

Anne-Lise started her career within the Adecco Group in 2001 as a Recruitment Counsellor. She was initially responsible for the recruitment and administrative management, then took the responsibility for payroll and accounting management, keeping scoreboards and verifying the company’s results.

From 2008, Anne-Lise joined the Exponential Consulting firm, where she was responsible for the management of the accounts, part of the general administrative department, and responsibility for the statistic activity. In particular, Anne-Lise kept tables of the activities and objectives, updated regular scoreboards and carried out various comparative analysis.


Anne-Lise holds a Bachelor in Business Management and Administration from the Lille’s Institute of Business Management (IAE) and a Master’s degree in Social and Labor Psychology.
